Congratulations to all Year 3-6 students who participated so well during the Track and Field events last week. Well done to our age champions and to the winning House, Fraser.
Congratulations to all students for the extremely high level of participation at the track events on Friday with all children running and therefore gaining points for their house. I believe this high level of participation is a result of our high performing Physical Education program where all children are encouraged to do their best, our NED values, as well as support from parents to expect their children to have a go. I was not only impressed with our students’ willingness to have a go and do their best, but once again, the behaviour of students on Friday was exemplary. I was particularly impressed with the spirit shown on the day when children were often heard encouraging and cheering for children in other houses. Thank you to all the staff who were involved in planning and running a very successful event. Thank you also to our families for coming along and for your support.
