Amazing! Awesome! Stupendous!
What other superlatives can I use to express the 90 students we had turn up on Wednesday for our first day of running club. This was followed up on Thursday with 60 more of you. We ran a combined distance of 168 km which takes us over the Victorian border to Shepparton.

We are really concentrating on getting our rhythm correct. Once we have this sorted then pace will come.
Running will continue each Wednesday and Thursday morning at 8am. All students are encouraged to come. They are able to come in running clothes and get changed into their uniform in the toilets after the training session. It is very hot at the moment so please do the following
1) Eat a good breakfast at least 1 hour before training
2) Drink plenty of water before and after training (no necessary during training)
3) Have a healthy snack after training to help with your learning
